Dr. Othman Abdalbari
Chairman & CEO, Paramount Education (PE)
Dr. Othman Abdalbari is the visionary founder and Chairman of Paramount Education, a leading organization driving educational excellence in the UAE and beyond since 1989. With a career spanning over three decades, he combines strategic leadership with a passion for transforming education through innovation and growth.
Dr. Othman’s accomplishments include founding and co-founding several prestigious schools, such as the American International School (Dubai), Modern American International School (Sharjah), Al Ghaf Private School (Dubai), and Royal Canadian School (Egypt). He is also spearheading the development of the World Canadian School in Casablanca, Morocco.
Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Leadership, along with advanced degrees in management and chemistry, Dr. Othman actively contributes to education as an investor, strategic planner, and professional development leader. His commitment to quality education is enriched by ongoing learning, accreditation work, and global collaborations.
Dr. Ken
Chief Academic Officer & Senior Policy Advisor
Dr. Ken oversees the quality of academic programs across Paramount’s international curriculum schools, enhances data-driven decision-making, and supports school governance, accreditation, and improvement planning.
As Senior Policy Advisor, he evaluates potential school acquisitions, shapes policies for academics and operations, and provides strategic direction for new schools. Dr. Ken conducts training, organizational assessments, and presentations for education stakeholders, specializing in governance, policy development, standardized data interpretation, school improvement, and accreditation preparation.
With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, an M.S. in Statistical Research, and a B.S. in Business & Economics, Dr. Ken is an accomplished researcher, accreditation team leader (37 teams across 25 countries), and peer-review scholar. His extensive experience spans senior leadership roles in the Middle East and Far East, integrating international curricula with national requirements, alongside serving as a professor and ministerial-level program leader.
Alveena Abrar
Multidisciplinary Education Leader & AI Curriculum Specialist
Alveena Abrar is a dynamic education leader with nearly 15 years of expertise in school management, curriculum design, teaching, and innovation. As an AI Curriculum Specialist, she integrates cutting-edge technologies to prepare students with future-ready skills and foster digital fluency. Her mastery of the KHDA framework and US curriculum practices enables her to implement effective, globally aligned learning strategies.
Alveena’s multidisciplinary expertise spans K-12 curriculum design, STEM education, and AI-driven innovation, ensuring students thrive in modern, engaging learning environments. She excels in building strong relationships with staff and parents, fostering collaboration to support student success.
Her leadership includes professional development, strategic problem-solving, and evaluation systems that drive institutional excellence. Proficient in organizing impactful workshops, events, and campaigns, Alveena promotes academic and holistic development while ensuring efficient school management and advancing educational outcomes through innovative practices.
